Fee: $49 for each or $120 for all three

Late Fall is the natural transition from our vibrant summer and harvest season, to a cooler and quieter time of year. While this transition is necessary for the natural world and ourselves, the shorter daylight hours and longer nights can have unique and challenging effects on many of us.

This three session workshop will discuss the best suited practices for our own transition into the Winter season with ease and contentment. Mindfulness practices will be taught to cultivate awareness in the present moment, manage stress, and reduce anxiety. Breathing techniques and movements will be practiced to increase energy levels at the beginning of the day, and postures for restoration in the evening. Guided meditations and journaling exercises will close out each session to promote motivation and gratitude.

Each session will discuss different ways for you to best move into the Winter season with a sense of clarity and purpose. While it is recommended, it is not necessary to attend more than one session.  Register on our website, or by calling Patient Services at (773) 296-6700.

Renee Zambo, RYT is WholeHealth Chicago’s Yoga Therapist and specializes in using all aspects of yoga to teach patients self-care tools for a variety of health related concerns. Renee encourages her student to trust their own intuition and provides education to support each person’s unique journey toward healing and wholeness
